My legal practice consists primarily of representing clients in commercial real estate and residential development transactions, including the structuring, documentation, negotiation, and closing of:

When necessary, I coordinate with supplemental counsel for specialized aspects of the deal (for example, environmental and zoning matters), and with local counsel for out-of-state matters.  By working directly with other counsel as needed, I “quarterback” the deal for the client to ensure that all legal issues are properly addressed.
